Subscription plans
Standard costs $24.99 USD/month. AI Premium costs $39.99 USD/month. Any applicable taxes or charges are presented in the checkout flow as required. A paid subscription begins only after you affirmatively complete Stripe Checkout.
Three-day free trial
New users receive three calendar days of trial access starting when their account is created. No card is required to start this trial. It does not automatically turn into a paid subscription, and purchasing a plan does not grant a second free trial.
Recurring payments
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe handles checkout and billing. Billing dates and payment details are available in the Stripe customer portal through My Account.
How to cancel
Go to My Account and select Manage billing to access the customer portal and cancel recurring billing. Cancellation through the billing portal generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, unless a different effective date is clearly shown. Account deletion is different
Choosing Permanently Delete My Account is irreversible. If deletion is available and completed, associated subscriptions are canceled immediately, and paid access may end immediately even if time remains in your current billing cycle. Download your learning data before requesting deletion.
Payments and refunds
Because we offer a three-day trial without a payment card, we encourage you to try the available features before subscribing. After you voluntarily purchase a paid plan, subscription fees for the billing period are generally non-refundable, including if you stop using the service or cancel before the period ends. We do not ordinarily offer partial-month or prorated refunds. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges, subject to the effective cancellation date shown in the billing portal.
We will investigate duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges, and provide refunds or other remedies whenever applicable law requires them.
